Pumpkin and Fish Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1 or 2 Slices of Fish
1 cup cut pieces of Pumpkin
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cup of water
1 cup of green onions, chopped
1/4 Onion, chopped
1/4 Stalk Parsley, chopped
1 Lemon
2 ounces of Carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4 ounces of baby corn, cut into 1 inch pieces if needed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add olive oil. Add onions, green onions. Stir for a couple of minutes.
Add carrots, baby corn and stir it for 2 minutes.
Add Pumpkin and stir for a couple of minutes.
Add Fish slices and add water and stir and cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes and stir it occasionally.
Add Parsley, Black pepper and salt and stir for a minute. Check it should be cooked.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Serve when you are comfortable with hot.
